All orders placed with Laminate Depot are subject to acceptance by us. Following receipt of your order, we will verify pricing, payment authorisation, stock availability, delivery location and any other relevant order information. Once these checks have been completed, we will issue an order confirmation together with an estimated dispatch date.

Payment is normally taken when your order is placed. All goods are subject to availability. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and provide a full refund for any sums paid for unavailable goods.

The price payable is the price displayed on the website at the time your order is accepted. Whilst we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, genuine errors may occasionally occur. If an incorrect price has been displayed, we will contact you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be cancelled and any payment refunded.

Please note that flooring manufactured in different production batches or ordered on different dates may vary slightly in colour, shade or finish. If an exact colour match is essential, we strongly recommend contacting us before placing your order. Samples are recommended wherever possible.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions and any associated website policies at any time to reflect changes in our business, products, legal obligations or operational requirements. The version published on our website at the time an order is placed will apply to that order unless otherwise required by law.

Continued use of this website following publication of any updated Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes for future use of the website.
