Shipping policy

Shipping/Delivery Policy:

You must inform us of any parking or access difficulties that may be encountered. We will pass this information on to the delivery company. If access is not possible for any reason the courier will unload at the nearest possible location. (Single drivers with no handling equipment may be used, therefore they may not be able to carry your item far from the place of unloading). Delivery drivers are not insured to carry the delivery inside for you. If you’re not going to be able to carry the goods in yourself, make sure you have someone there to help you. Please do not ask the drivers, as they have been instructed to decline. 

Delivery time is from 6am till 9pm considering there are no delays on the day. We are unable to give a precise delivery time unless it has been agreed by email or telephone, the standard delivery service used is within ten working days as we have no control over the deliveries after they leave our warehouse, we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays and no compensation will be payable by ourselves.

If our delivery of the goods is delayed by an event outside our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. Provided we do this within 30 days of notifying you of the delay, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any Goods you have paid for but not received.

If your order arrives as arranged but we're unable to deliver because there's nobody home, the goods are refused, there's inadequate help available, or the order is changed/cancelled within 48 hours of your delivery, you will be liable for any additional costs incurred for the goods being returned. The return delivery charge for failed deliveries is £19.99 -£99.99 depending on the weight of the item.

It will be necessary for the driver to obtain a signature for this delivery. The driver is allocated a maximum of 15 minutes to off load and obtain a signature.

(CURRENTLY DRIVERS ARE NOT OBTAINING ANY SIGNATURES INSTEAD THEY ARE TAKING PICTURES OF GOODS & SURROUNDINGS)

All deliveries within the UK will have a charge of £24.99 - £99.99 standard service, we use our own vans & third-party freight carriers to deliver our goods, we try our best to dispatch within 3 working days of receiving cleared payment, our current standard delivery time is 1-10 working days, after dispatch either ourselves or the third-party company will contact to arrange delivery date of goods via email so please make sure correct email is given.
