Refund policy
Order cancellation
We will refund you the full invoice amount if you cancel your order before it is shipped within two business days. Please be aware that your bank may need 3-5 days for them to add this to your account.
Returning a purchase
You have up to 14 days after receiving your order to notify us that you want to return it if you decide to do so. After then, you have a further 14 days to organize the return of the items. Only unopened packs are eligible for a refund, and that amount will be deducted by a restock fee 10% (the initial delivery fee is not refundable).
You have two options: either you arrange for the return of the products yourself, or we may arrange for the collection of your flooring by a third party courier for a fee of £49.99 - £149.99 that will be subtracted from your refund. Additionally, your initial delivery is not refundable. If you want to do this yourself, please get in touch with us before scheduling transportation. But please make sure the flooring is shipped in the same manner as it was received. I.e., protected and wrapped on a pallet.
Within five working days of your floor being returned and inspected at our warehouse, refunds will be processed.
Before Returning:
• Please ensure all products being returned are well protected before sending, as any costs for damaged goods will be taken from the refund total.
• Products must be returned in original unopened packaging.
• Ensure goods are returned on a pallet. This will minimize damages.
